Luvonia has a professional and personal knowledge of the Perdido Key, Florida and the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, Alabama markets.  She learned to walk on these beaches, and has owned condos here since 1982.  Luvonia has 3 children and 7 grandchildren and currently lives on the Gulf of Mexico at the Mirabella Condominiums in Perdido Key.
 
Luvonia earned a Ph.D. in Economics from The University of Oklahoma (OU), and taught Economics at the Shreveport Campus of Louisiana State University (LSUS) for more than 20 years.  Luvonia retired from LSUS, but continues to teach Economics in the Worldwide Advanced Programs for OU.
